EVA dispersions remain a popular choice for surface lamination due to their easy use with semi-automatic and automatic gluing machines, and their good initial strength while still wet directly after the materials have been joined. They adhere very well to wood-based materials, decor papers, plasterboard and gypsum fibreboards, and are suitable for adding decorative edges and wrapping drawer profiles with plastic films, for instance.
