Adhesives for the lamination of ceiling elements
Ceiling designs can have a strong impact on the atmosphere of a room. Interior decorators and designers have a huge choice of materials to work with, ranging from different shades and grains of wood to mineral materials with smooth or textured surfaces. Suspended ceilings that accommodate lights, cabling, ventilation ducts, and sound-absorbing acoustic elements are usually made of multilayer sandwich elements.

Using the right adhesive contributes to a long-lasting, high-quality and good-looking product, and enables complex yet efficient production processes. Adhesives used for installations in wet rooms have to meet very specific standards.
We recommend reactive PUR adhesives for this purpose, as they offer by far the best bonding quality and processing options. PUR hotmelts are used in many production processes, and are sprayed on or applied with heated rollers. 2C PUR systems, which are also popular, are applied with cold rollers. Dispersion adhesives are also still used, but gradually being replaced with the above systems.
