EVA HOTMELTS
Versatile, cost-effective, reliable – EVA hotmelts have been setting standards both in the industry and in skilled craft trades for many years. They are very easy to use with almost all standard processing equipment, and bond extremely well to all types of materials, providing excellent adhesive strength even as they cool down in the processing unit. This enables very short cycle times, and there is no need for long waiting times as the bonded elements can normally move on to the next processing stage right away. Good temperature resistance is an integral feature of KLEIBERIT EVA hotmelts. They continue to be used very successfully and in large quantities by renowned users all over the world.
EVA hotmelts have an attractive price-performance ratio and allow individually configured formulations for customized adhesive solutions and streamlined manufacturing processes. Our EVA hotmelts are available in a range of different versions and colors. They are available as granules, in cartridges, or in block form depending on the melting equipment used.
