As a rule, diesel filters consist of a filter medium (impregnated paper or fibre fabric) and a plastic or metal casing. Adhesives are used to glue folds and attach banderoles. Sealing compounds are also used for the production of diesel filter end plates. Both the filter adhesive and the sealing compound used must meet high standards to ensure the best possible filtration results.
